here to make sure your players are ready for next season!
Starting Saturday, January 12, ELITE will begin its off-season football training program for football players from youth to ELITE high school athletes. ELITE’s F.A.S.T Program runs from January through July and is a NON-CONTACT football development program designed to increase the overall ability and football I.Q. while keeping them engaged in the game until next season. The result of the program are players who are fundamentally sound, have a solid understanding of the game, are in peak condition, and are ready to be coached scheme and concepts FROM THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE IN AUGUST!
Speed, Strength, and Conditioning Training - ELITE’s performance conditioning program, featuring the state-of-the-art dynamic plyometrics machine, focuses on the four key components of the body for speed and agility: the lower body using the hip flexors and hamstrings, the upper body using hand speed, explosion using the quadriceps and glutes and lastly agility, greatly improving an athlete’s ability for change of direction, acceleration and deceleration.
QB’s - Taught the proper fundamentals and techniques of footwork, ball handling, placement of the ball as well as pre and post snap reads.
RB’s - Learn the proper fundamentals and techniques of ball handling, foot work, blocking and route running. They will also be taught what to look for pre snap, how to properly pick up a blitz and pass catching skills.
WR's/TE's - Learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of alignment, steps/depth on individual and combination routes pass catching skills, and releases off the line of scrimmage.
OL - Learn proper fundamentals and techniques of stance, run-blocking, pass protection, and combination blocks
DL - Learn proper fundamentals and techniques of stance, pass rush skill, gap control, and tackling
LB’s - Learn the proper technique s and fundamentals of shedding blocks, tackling, and correct positioning in man to man and zone coverage.
DB’s - Learn the proper fundamentals and techniques of foot work, ball skills, tackling and man-to-man and zone coverage
Players participate in structured 1-on-1/2-on-2/7-on-7/11-on-11 Competition

The only “mandatory” criteria for participation is that each player demonstrate a passion
for football and have the desire and discipline to do what it takes to get better.

ELITE Year-Round Football Training Schedule:
PHASE I: January 12th- February – Once a week F.A.S.T training (Every Saturday Morning)
PHASE II: March - April – Twice a Week F.A.S.T Training
PHASE III: May - June – Twice a week F.A.S.T. training, One day of structured 7-on-7/Big Man workouts
PHASE IV: July – Two week Football Camp
August 1st, 2013– Ready for Your Practice!
The cost of PHASE I of ELITE’s F.A.S.T. program is $25 per session (four session minimum). Limited number of program scholarships are available for those that meet the criteria.
